Sin Secrets.com would be happy to return or exchange any unused, unworn merchandise provided it is sent back to us with its original tags and bags along with your purchase order.  Limitations are as follows:

Regular Return / Exchange Policy -  For a full refund or exchange, return all unworn / unused merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of your order date. Please remember to include a copy of your purchase order. (Non-Holiday orders only please).

Halloween Return / Exchange Policy - September 1 to November 10 - For a full refund or exchange, please return all unworn / unused merchandise with all tags attached within 7 days of receiving items. Again, remember to include a copy of your purchase order.

Christmas Return / Exchange Policy - November 15 to December 15  - For a full refund or exchange you may return merchandise by January 15  (please remember to include a copy of your purchase order).

Return Policy for Bargain Items - Bargain Items may not be exchanged or returned once the package has been opened. Authorized Bargain Items for returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Exchanges and returns take about 14 days to process and the items you want sometimes sell out especially during holiday's. If you need your new item(s) quickly, the fastest way to get them is to reorder online. You can avoid exchanges entirely by buying the correct item you want now, before it sells out. If you like, give us a call and we will assist you through this process. We also recommend purchasing insurance since we cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged returns.
- Sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Stockings and panties are not refundable if opened or worn.
- All extra Shipping charges (UPS, FedEx etc.) are not refundable.

Return/Exchange Instructions:

Okay, so you want to return or exchange your item. Please follow the instructions below:

1. Carefully package the unworn / unused items with tags and bags, and enclose instructions indicating what you would like, a refund or an  exchange. Be sure to include a copy of your purchase order!
  If you want to exchange, be sure to indicate which new item(s) you would like, their colors and their sizes.

 Again, exchanges and returns take about 14 days to process. Please allow an additional 5 days after you receive your exchange or refund for   the applicable charge/credit to show up on your credit card statement. All orders cancelled after credit card processing will be charged a 5% cancellation fee.
